A New Beginning

Greetings, fellow internet enthusiasts! My name is Chas Andres, and this is my new home.

Over the next few years, I hope to share with you my thoughts and musings as I journey through life from college into what I have been told is the “real world”. (This, of course, implies that the world I have been spending my time in thus far is somehow unreal, fantastical, or otherwise false. I reject this hypothesis as my adolescence, teenhood, and collegiate years would have had WAY more epic spaceship battles and vodka-powered unicorns with kaleidoscope eyes had it been anything less than a part of the real world.)

So why should you immediately Control-D (Command-D on a Mac) this page and permanently commit my blog to the list of bookmarks that you check each morning over your coffee and muffins?

Because if you read it, I’ll write it. If you read my blog and comment once in a while, I’ll keep reaching out, taking time, updating, and thinking about what to say on here. I will try to update at least 5-6 times a week, if not once each day.

This, in turn, will make me a smarter and more eloquent person. And, when I end up inventing something cool in the future, like a fusion-powered corn dog or something, I will thank my legion of bloggers  for their unwavering support.

Or course, if no one reads what I say here, then I will have no choice but to use my fusion-powered corn dog for evil. It’s your choice, really.
